I unfortunately only got to stay 1 night, but it has been such a pleasure. Not only was The hotel cute, quiet and cozy, I talked with 3 different people at the desk and every single one was so kind and had such patience with me. It made my short time in Paris that much sweeter. Must stay here next time I come!!
The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable, the shower perfect. Everyone on reception were very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the metro was 5 minutes away. The only thing was, the area towards chateau d'eau felt a bit unsafe later in the evening. Other than that we had a great time in Paris
The charm of the boutique hotel as it glistened in the night upon our arrival set our adventure of Paris off in the right foot! Al thought rooms are small (was anticipated), they were very clean and well appointed. Staff was more than friendly and provided assistance when requested. As for location, ideal for our daily activities! In essence, wonderful place to stay if your are seeking an authentic Paris vibe!
Great stay, very clean and nice rooms. Great service with very helpful tips to rent bikes for families (long bikes to carry smaller kids). Tasteful breakfast with everything we needed. Happy experience for a family and 1 night. Very good logistics to Gare Est, vibrant area and surrounding cafes and restaurants.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it will definitely remain my recommended place in Paris. First of all, it offers great quality for the price. It’s clean, well organized, and the L’Occitane products in the bathroom were a lovely touch. There’s also a coffee machine in the room, which I really appreciated. The breakfast is excellent — organic products, good variety, reasonably priced, and absolutely worth it. During our three-day stay, we never regretted having breakfast included. The location is fantastic, in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of everything you might want to see. Most importantly, the service is incredible. Every single person at reception, no matter the shift, was extremely kind and proactive in helping us. A wonderful place — I highly recommend it.
