The beer was fresh and pretty affordable considering the neighborhood. We had the crusty chicken as tapas and repeated 3 times. We wished we stayed for happy hour and dinner also, because the food menu also seems appetizing. The manager was very welcoming and service was very good.

Authentic bar atmosphere with matches displayed and a wide choice of beer. Very solid portions and friendly staff, too!

I used to be a regular but since the change of management not so much. For a vegetarian only two options: a veggie curry or a veggie burger. Unfortunately the food was quite cold. The place was busy at lunch time so I didn't complain. You have to serve yourself if you want condiments. The prices have increased too. Whilst the staff are pleasant, I was not happy spending E18 on a burger & chips, both cold, and the burger was of no interest and tasted mushy. They did come and offer additional chips, which was kind.

I went today to eat with a work colleague and we discovered a new owner. The owner changed back in August . I got a steak ( Aubrac) with French fries. The steak meat was medium, not the best Aubrac you can get. The fries were from freezer and over cooked. I got some ketchup and a pepper sauce. Overall will say good choice. Few hours after I start not feeling well and what I was feeling was a mixt of fries and sauce and I suspect something was not fresh. This is first time after long years when I feel bad from food and I travel a lot. For sure I will not go back there and is pity because I was going every few weeks.
