Spent 6 nights here, lovely and helpful staff, clean room, very good location directly by a metro station (Jourdain) and additionally it is surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants (between metro stations Jourdain and Pyrénées). The rooms also have air conditioning which is great during the heat waves. I will definitely remember for whenever my next time in Paris will be.
I recently got married in Paris, and needed a place for some extended family to stay over a weekend in May. The owner could not have been more helpful, accommodating, and good-natured. He helped us arrange a number of rooms at a fair price, and despite the fact that many of our guests were arriving at different times and days, the check in was remarkably easy. They also were quick to respond to multiple requests, and were always very kind and helpful. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and comfortable. Our families enjoyed their rooms, and had everything they needed. And the location was perfect.
Cheap for Paris, it's a budget hotel in a nice quiet location right next to a metro stop. The guy on reception didn't speak much English but was still better than my French. Rooms are fairly small but clean, bed is comfy and the shower was great - hot and lots of water. It's right next to an impressive church, worth a visit if that's what you're into. The area has a really good bakery accross the road and if you walk the road towards the city centre there's lots more bakeries and nice restaurants. I'd stay again for a quick weekend break.
