An outstanding hotel with exceptional service from start to finish. The butler service was a wonderful touch, and the team gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants, shops, and local experiences that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and offered lovely views. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the kindness of the staff. We had a very early train from Gare du Nord, long before breakfast service began, but the team still made sure we didn’t leave hungry. The receptionist even prepared delicious scrambled eggs for my mom and me while the kitchen was still closed. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality! The next time I’m in Paris, I’ll be staying at your hotel without a doubt!
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Les Rives Oceanik. Every interaction from the booking, arranging for a transfer from the airport, to an upgrade of our room without charge (!), and the excellent and abundant breakfast, was kind, helpful, and welcoming. We found the location to be excellent to get to most places around Paris easily. The neighborhood was quiet at night, had excellent places to eat and shop, and was not crowded. Staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. We would stay here again any time we come to Paris and will recommend to our friends and family. Visiting from Canada. Spent 8 nights in between April 28th and May 6th. Wonderful hotel with even better staff! Quiet even though it is on a slightly busy street (well soundproofed) and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, subway, etc. Comfortable bed (softer than what we normally get in Europe). Great breakfast. Reasonably sized rooms (for Europe) and reasonably priced.
