The hotel is super nice. Fresh and new. Rooms a well equipped and the bed is comfortable. The staff is nice, but there is a receptionist that is the most polite and nicest person I meet. Brings the overall experience to 5/5! 😁👌🏻
Had a lovely stay at Hotel Perpetual. I stayed for one night due to a quick layover in Paris. The staff were wonderful and helped me with a few requests while I was there. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable and ready upon check-in. The location is a little bit off the beaten path which is nice to be able to get away from some chaos around the Champs-Elysees, but it is very walkable to everything you need!
We had such a wonderful stay at Le Perpetual. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, kind and helpful — they genuinely could not do enough for us and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect; everything was within easy walking distance and the area felt lovely, safe and convenient for exploring Paris. It really made the trip so easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the team. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and thoughtful, and they truly made our trip even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
Wonderful stay in the heart of Paris We stayed at the Perpetual Hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the center of Paris, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel truly comfortable from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. It is beautifully renovated, and honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen in Paris—this made a huge difference to our overall impression. We loved the balcony in our room, so parisian. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and quality products to start the day. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
The hotel has been very recently redone. So everything is new and fresh. The rooms are small but cosy with a good bed and bathroom. The front desk were very polite and smiling. The only negative was that the room got really warm. The staff tried to assist but in vain. The location is a huge bonus - walkable distance to all great spots.
