Excelente food and service. Great job guys.
This was our third stay at Bulgari Hotel Paris, so I write this as someone who genuinely wanted to keep coming back. The hotel itself is beautiful — the design is exceptional and the staff are unfailingly polite and warm. My feedback is not about either of those things. It is about operations, and I share it in the hope that it helps both future guests and the hotel. On our second stay, the adjacent room was very noisy. We asked to be moved, which the team did — but we were then charged for the room change. Asking a guest to pay to escape a noise problem that wasn’t theirs is the kind of detail that the most established houses simply absorb without a conversation. On our third stay, our restaurant reservations were booked incorrectly, and on arrival no one walked us through how things had been arranged. We showed up to a restaurant only to find we had no reservation at all. Again, the people were gracious; the process let them down. I don’t write this as someone who is hard to please. Anyone staying at a hotel of this level is fortunate, and I’m well aware of that. But I have stayed in Paris at La Réserve, Le Bristol, Le Meurice, The Peninsula, Cheval Blanc and Le Crillon, and the difference is instructive. Cheval Blanc, for me, sets the standard: the guest is anticipated at every turn, and nothing is left for you to chase. That instinct — thinking ahead on behalf of the guest — is precisely what Bulgari has yet to build. The bones of a great hotel are all here. What’s missing is the operational maturity that comes with experience as a hotel company. I hope they get there, because the property deserves it.

As you would expect from Bvgalri, a high end cocktail experience. The lounge provides a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere for a top notch, top shelf cocktail. Prices are high for the drinks, but they incorporate top notch spirits and unique flavor profiles that also contribute to the overall luxury experience. Recommend checking it out for a drink or two, great to impress a date or ball out while enjoying a Parisian vacation like we did.
