Such an amazing experience! Every dish looked sooooo beautiful, and tasted even better. The food was super creative, especially that crazy fruit ball. The service was also amazing. A different server came to our table each time, and we found out at the end that two of them were actually the chefs, which was such a cool surprise. Definitely one of the best meals we’ve had. Highly recommend!
We had the four course lunch menu today. Everything from the food, the service, the ambience (despite it being a tad hot bc it was 40 degrees today) was amazing. The fish dish was our favorite.

Great service is created by every person in the restaurant. The innovative concoctions and use of produce and seasonings made our Wednesday lunch very enjoyable. We chose the 4-temps set. (Starter, fish main, meat main, dessert) We are so glad that we tried the sake/wine/cocktail pairing with the meal. The experience was unusual and interesting. We were also invited to take a tour of the kitchen which made us realize how lean and efficiently organized the equipment and dedicated the team of people are. I would definitely come back when we are in Paris again.
The flavor, freshness and the sophistication of the 3rd course lamb dish of my 65reur 4 course lunch menu is amazing. The chef is very friendly. I told him I really enjoyed the sauce of the second course fish dish (the fish was cooked perfectly too) he went back to the kitchen to give me an extra serving of the sauce so I could savour the taste after his explanation of the twist he made to the classic source. I would definitely recommend and come back to this restaurant. The 65eur 4 course menu is like a degustation menu but without the long wait between courses and the high cost.
