They made me wait 30+ minutes for my service because they had double booked us. Afterwards, I asked them to follow up with the results of the mandatory and expensive face scan. They said they would, they didn't. Very bad customer service for the price.
It went well, and all the staff were pretty friendly but overall I felt like I was stuck in a sales pitch for 45 minutes where I was constantly sold products and placed under a bit of pressure to buy and that was a little exhausting because I just wanted to relax and I didn’t get that opportunity. In terms of the facial itself, it went well, and I left feeling my skin was nicely hydrated.
Always a lovely experience!! The girls are very nice and the laser os amazing!
