I visited the spa for a Ko Bi Do Royal facial, which had been offered to me as a birthday gift, and it turned out to be a truly lovely experience. As a man who doesn’t usually spend his afternoons enjoying royal facials, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but the whole experience quickly put me completely at ease. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, elegant and genuinely welcoming. The reception area is beautifully designed, with warm wooden floors, soft lighting, and large windows overlooking greenery. It immediately creates a sense of quiet and relaxation away from the busy department store above. Before the treatment, I filled in a short questionnaire about my mood, comfort and preferences. One detail I particularly enjoyed was a question that presented a wheel of colours and invited me to choose the one that best reflected my mood at that moment. I thought it was an interesting and thoughtful idea. Later, when I was in the treatment room lying down and relaxing, the therapist told me that the colour I had selected corresponded to one of their fragrances. She gently sprayed it in the room and invited me to take a deep breath. It was a really lovely surprise, and the scent matched the mood beautifully. That small detail made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. Honestly, that touch alone would make me want to return. The Ko Bi Do Royal facial itself was wonderfully soothing. The room was quiet, the music gentle, and it was very easy to completely switch off for a while. While waiting in the reception area, I also discovered another Cinq Mondes fragrance, Fleur d'Orange, which smelled absolutely divine. It added another pleasant sensory note to the whole experience. After the session, I walked through the beautifully arranged cosmetics area, which felt like a continuation of the experience. The whole visit felt like a small escape in the middle of the city. A very peaceful and elegant place. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a moment of calm and care.
