⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, including cookware, dishes, and a microwave, making the stay both convenient and comfortable. One of the things I truly appreciated was that the hotel kindly reduced my room rate after the first night, which reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with numerous excellent restaurants and cafés nearby. The reception staff were outstanding throughout my stay. They were professional, friendly, and always eager to help. Special thanks to Bertrand, Saadi, Tina, and Nadia for their exceptional hospitality and excellent customer service. I was also very grateful that they accommodated my request for a late check-out due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Great staff, room was spectacular! A nice touch of a basket with croissants, breads, jams etc for breakfast brought to your room. Made our stay that much harder to leave!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of January and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The rooms are larger than most hotel rooms in Paris and very comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of the gentleman at the reception named Nabil, whose friendliness truly made our stay even better. We will definitely return to this hotel.
