Lovely stay in a fantastic location! The staff were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many cafes, boulangeries, fruit stands, etc. And the metro was close by as well, so pretty much everything we needed was right there. The room itself was good, the bed quite comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny even by European city standards. The sink specifically was incredibly small, making it hard to wash my face. The little shelf over it blocks part of the sink, so it literally wasn’t wide enough for my full face to fit over without hitting the glass. Other than that issue, it was a lovely stay. I slept like a baby, which was what was truly most important while traveling!
Our room with smaller than expected. Even for Paris standards. Is a nice little hotel but there's hardly room to open our suitcases.
The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful & friendly! A lot of noise in the neighborhood but that’s because there’s lots of restaurants and activity nearby. You could walk to the River Seine And there’s an amazing pub down there in the evenings. The Marais is an amazing location for all the small museums and shopping and especially restaurants.
The location was great if you’ve decided to stay in Le Marais. We were also able to check in early and the staff was always professional. On the negative side, the room was unbelievably small even by Paris standards. The room key had to be given to the desk every time you left the hotel. And if you wanted the room temperature changed, you had to call the front desk to do it. The buffet breakfast (which we didn’t try) was in the basement which was small, dark and not the freshest smelling. Overall the hotel was fine. But given comparable prices and the number of options, I would give it a pass.
I love this hotel. The location was great. There is a metro stop minutes away so you can easily get to wherever you want. The room is small but had great amenities. The staff is friendly and willing to help. As an added bonus, there is an Artisanal Boulangerie right across the metro which is fantastic.
