Best kept secret in Paris! Brilliant location near the Champs-Élysées, affordable rates, good sized rooms, excellent AC, comfy beds and the staff were so helpful and nice. Highly recommend!
Top location. Nice rooms with everything you need including Nespresso coffee. Amazing breakfast and most of all super welcoming staff and great service in the reception.
We had a wonderful 7 nights here. Loved everything especially the staff Quentin and Ali.🙂 Beautiful room so clean and location was perfect. We cant wait to come back. Thank you Derek and Claire
Hotel is in a great location but rooms are a bit small and definitely need some work doing to them. The staff were all very nice and friendly though and so overall if you are just looking for a decent room near the arc then it’s a good option.
We had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return. The staff were genuinely excellent — welcoming, attentive, and clearly cared about making our stay as good as possible. We were travelling with two dogs and they were made to feel completely at home, with an in-room dog bed and water bowl provided. Dogs were welcome throughout the hotel (excluding the dining area), which made a big difference for us. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Very walkable to major landmarks and shopping areas, with the metro only a short stroll away. Parking was also straightforward, with a secure car park directly across the street — definitely worth booking in advance. The reason this isn’t quite a 5-star review comes down to comfort details. Sound insulation isn’t great — noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms carried quite easily, and late-night arrivals felt uncomfortably close when you’re trying to sleep. We also had recurring issues with the room key cards deactivating, which became a bit of an annoyance given we were on the 5th floor. That said, these were relatively minor issues in the context of an otherwise very positive stay. Credit where it’s due — the staff’s effort and attitude really stood out, and we appreciated their hard work throughout our visit.
