Beautiful hotel and great location. To be fair, the lack of daily housekeeping was my mistake for not reading the website carefully before booking. However, even after additional cleaning was arranged, hair was still left on the floor. Requests for basic items such as tea, coffee, tissues, and laundry pods often took over an hour and required repeated follow-ups. Special thanks to Laura Ismael and the other staff which I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name who arranged the additional cleaning, who were genuinely helpful, professional, and proactive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I also encountered a trainee staff member Emily whose response to most questions was simply a shrug and, “I don’t know, I’m a trainee.” Being a trainee is understandable; making no effort to help a guest is not. Beautiful property, but not a service experience I would choose again. *** edit again on 3 June after a month of checking in I just realized that the Hotel sent me wrong receipt. The bill for the hotel was €2300 and they sent me the receipt for €50 .

My favourite hotel in Paris, each stay is as perfect as the last and it feels like a home away from home. The hotel is comfortable, clean and cosy. The beds are super comfortable. The restaurant offers great options for all times of the day whether this is for coffee or a weekend brunch. Thank you to Joseph for the warmest of welcomes and the entire team for making each stay more special than the last.

Visited for my 21st birthday with my partner and they were extremely welcoming, received a free room upgrade to a larger room which was amazing to have. We had a large bet and fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine!) and very open windows. Favorite part was probably how quiet the room was, and the blackout curtains were fantastic considering how much light gets in the day. Service was great, were there to answer any questions (such as how to use the washing machine and they provided us with the products). Restaurant in the lobby area was beautiful but recommend reserving if you want nicer seats (we were still served but in a more separate area from the restaurant). Cafe with tons of open space too so great for chilling or doing work (was busy almost every day so come early for seats). location was also very practical super near metro and bus stops taking you to central areas. Lots of local supermarkets for fresh fruits and veggies, tons of bakeries for breakfast (this is what we did over the hotel cafe) and pharmacies near by. Also more restaurants for lunch or dinner about max 10 minute walk, it’s very easy to find. Overall I think it’s a great place no matter the type of stay, and even encourage it if you’re more of an independent type wanting to cook own meals. The cocktail bar was also “chefs kiss”, super nice ambiance and yum cocktails. A last point that was the cherry on top was chrome cast on the TV , let us watch basically anything from phone/laptop onto the TV, just an extra mile they added to make it feel like home but better. Thank you very much and we will be back!

Thank you to the entire team at the hotel. My wife searched high and low to find suitable and not so expensive hotel room for my disability being in a wheelchair. We could not fault this hotel. The staff were so wonderful to us and everyone I saw at reception. From check-in to check out. There is a DDA lift next to the restaurant which takes you down to the Cafe below and to another lift up to the rooms. We booked an apartment which had an induction stove top, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, small fridge, table and 2 chairs, comfy bed and good space for my wheelchair moving around. The bathroom was properly disabled friendly also. We just couldn't fault the hotel. It is a great location in the 5th arr with buses and Metro lines everywhere. All of the buses are wheelchair friendly but we didn't use the Metro. Good cafes, boulangeries nearby, Carrefour shops for groceries about 3 minute walk, hospital on the corner, pharmacist 1 minute walk. The Notre Dame is 15 minute walk and the Pantheon about the same. We really want to return here some day. Thanks again to the entire team at Le Jardin de Verre by Locke.
