Impeccable and genuinely friendly service. Our children were also welcomed in a very professional manner, and the adapted menu was greatly appreciated by them. On our side, the dishes were outstanding, with flavor combinations that were sometimes surprising, yet always perfectly balanced.
Chef Anne Sophie Pic is my only one favorite Michelin’s chef and while she opened her new restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand on September 20,2025 at Le Normandie Mandarin Oriental Bangkok which I had been there on her opening. Today, Sunday 28 December 2025 had a vacation in Paris by without any hesitation to do booking at her restaurant and found high taste of ingredients combining with flavors and quality of raw materials. It’s fantastic.
