It was truly an incredible experience! The intimate atmosphere, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the interplay of hot and cold, the music that perfectly complemented the moment... everything was designed to create a true escape. I left with an incredible feeling of well-being, both physical and mental. It's an experience I really want to repeat regularly.

A gorgeous new sauna/cold plunge pool in Paris! I tried both the self-guided and coached sessions and highly recommend them. I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. The place is intimate and welcoming; you feel like you're in a bubble. I can't wait to go back.
