This hotel is beautiful and the service was perfect. Go for the breakfast included because it was delicious everyday we were there! Only a 12 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Paris. The hotel is located close to the Champs-Élysées and it was perfect to walk there. I stayed here with my 86-year-old grandmother, and the staff took good care of her and made sure everything was comfortable. We really appreciated that. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small downside was that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for dinner, but this did not affect our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and are very satisfied!
Pretty hotel in a great location - central but peaceful. Staff were welcoming, rooms a good size, and breakfast was delicious. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
I arrived and was randomly upgraded for free to a two bedroom apartment! The staff was super friendly. It was a nice stay! However, I think that with how expensive the hotel is, breakfast should have been included. Otherwise is great!
I had a wonderful experience at the Royal Garden Champs Élysées Hotel. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Most importantly, the manager went above and beyond and was so understanding and flexible when our plans changed. Although we had prepaid for four nights and could stay only one, they made an exception to the cancellation policy, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a clean, pleasant atmosphere. This something hard to find in Paris! I’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
