The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They are warm, respectful and responsive. The drinks / snacks / general kitchen area in the lobby is so useful. The location is very central. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. AC worked well & there's an elevator! Would stay again.
I was extremely satisfied with the hotel service. Upon arrival, I reported an issue we were unhappy with to the hotel manager, and she resolved it immediately and in the best possible way. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and attentiveness were truly excellent. I would also like to extend my thanks to the hotel manager. She is a truly excellent manager.
The staff at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, helpful and always smiling. It's a decent place, located in a safe and beautiful district. Clean. There is a complimentary minibar in the room that is restocked daily with water (still & sparkling), juice and soft drinks. It was a bit expensive for me, but definitely worth it!
We traveled to Paris to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and the team at Hôtel Augustin - Astotel truly helped us create unforgettable memories. The staff thoughtfully decorated our room, prepared lovely surprises, and even wrote us a handwritten card with warm wishes. They personally congratulated us when we met, which made the experience even more touching and special. We could really feel their sincerity and care. The overall service was excellent. The convenient luggage storage made our trip much easier, and the snack bar was such a wonderful bonus during our stay. Every detail added so much comfort and joy to our anniversary trip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris — it’s a place where you’ll feel genuinely welcomed and cared for!
I was so happy to choose Hotel Augustin for my holiday. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is great, and the entire team was incredibly helpful, always greeting you with a smile. A special thanks to Samar and Hayat, who were amazing throughout my stay. The room was clean, neat, and beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the essentials were provided, even a shoe cleaner! I was genuinely impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. This was my favorite stay in Paris, and I will definitely be coming back.
