Our stay at Hotel de Berri exceeded every expectation. The customer service was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff was warm (especially, Raphael and Benjamin), welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their genuine hospitality made our trip even more memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—elegant, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and attractions in Paris while still feeling peaceful and refined. I would highly recommend Hotel de Berri to anyone visiting Paris. We can’t wait to return!
Stayed at Hôtel de Berri for our first night in Paris, right in the middle of this crazy heatwave. Prajina checked us in fast and was genuinely friendly. Our room’s AC wasn’t keeping up with the heat, but she sorted it immediately — moved us to an upgraded room without any fuss. In weather like this that makes a huge difference. Great location in the 8th too. Thanks Prajina!
Beautiful room. I especially appreciates a window that can be opened to let in fresh air. The sheets and mattress were sublime. The Nespresso was simple to operate (not always the case). Dario Santanastasio was a superb host, combining luxury hotel professionalism with warmth and humor. I loved feeling in the center of things while also being off a major tourist route. I stay in great hotels all over the world and would recommend Hotel de Berri without reservation to friends and colleagues.
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel de Berri, we were greeted with the exceptional service of the staff. Dario checked us in at the front desk on Sunday morning at 10:45am. We expected to wait (a few hours) for our room. In the interim, Dario brought us to the restaurant to ensure the whole family was served a light breakfast, while we were waiting - even though breakfast service was over. We didn’t even wait 15 minutes, before Dario returned with good news that a room was ready for us in an upgraded suite. He personally escorted us up to what I would call the Matisse suite, because of the framed Matisse prints on the walls. My wife and kids were thrilled with the classy and luxurious accommodations. We enjoyed the location, helpful staff, and beautiful hotel. My kids didn’t want to leave without seeing Dario again. He was standing smiling at the front desk when we departed and gave us a few waters for our journey. It was a great experience in Paris and I would highly recommend. Thanks!
I stayed at this property in February 2026 for 3 nights. I was skeptical before arriving after reading some of the recent negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and staff during my stay. I found the hotel staff to be very attentive and accommodating. The concierge was very helpful with suggestions and reservations. The bar area was nice and the service was excellent. I am a Marriott Platinum member and they did automatically upgrade me to a nicer suite without having to ask. The room was large, clean, and well appointed. Bathroom was very nice separate tub and shower and bathroom as spacious. Daily cleaning service was good and towels were all replaced at the nightly turndown. My only negative point on the room was that it was a little dimly lit. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
