This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at last winter. The service was outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel because you definitely won’t regret it. It is worth every euro you spend. I will certainly be coming back again and again. Compared to many other hotels, this experience was truly exceptional. After such an amazing stay, I’m excited to try the other hotels in the Inwood Hotels collection as well. Without a doubt, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for making my stay unforgettableI can’t wait to return!
We stayed in a suite for 5 nights. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of almost everything. The bathroom is large and spacious. There's a long, narrow balcony. Room service and cleanliness were very good. The welcome and reception services were excellent. Mr. Ussame, in particular, was very helpful and even spoke a little Turkish. Their English is also quite good. The hotel breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but it's quite satisfying. We had breakfast outside on the first day, but had breakfast at the hotel on the other days. We are planning to stay here again when we return. Thank you to everyone.
Had the most amazing stay at Hotel Elysia! Our room is massive, has the best balcony in Paris that oversees two sides of the street. Very picturesque. Room was clean and has an automated jacuzzi tub. Check in and checkout were smooth thanks to the help from Oussama. He really made our stay so special and I will definitely be back next time in Paris!
I would like to update my previous review and sincerely thank the hotel management for their professionalism and understanding. After sharing my situation, the hotel team kindly reached out to me directly and showed great care and flexibility. Due to the current travel situation and airport closures, they offered to keep my reservation open until the end of the year and even extend it if travel is still not possible. I truly appreciate their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to find a fair solution. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. Sorour for her attention, support, and for helping resolve the situation so thoughtfully. Their understanding and support during this difficult situation mean a lot to me. Thank you again to the team for the excellent customer service. I look forward to visiting in the future.
