Hôtel Henriette
Paris
Recenzje
Such a good hotel! Before my trip, I've looked into a lot of Parisian hotels and this came out the best by far, and now I see why. All the nice things they had: - The people at the reception were so kind and helpful. - The room was very good sized and clean. The airco worked really well. The pillows and beds were comfy. The shower water warmed up super fast. - They had flat and bubbly water on tap! - They are located on a very quiet street, next to a lively one. The view from my room was into their cute inner garden. - They gave us a nice tote bag which was useful. They also gave recommendations for restaurants in the district. We went to a really nice one right on the corner of their street. The only less good thing was that the walls and floors are a bit thin, so we could hear people walking and talking. Overall I loved the stay here and I can't wait to come back.
This is the one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff goes above and beyond! Jose and Alex were super helpful and accommodating, answering questions before we arrived, sharing directions and advice, helping with accommodations while we there. The room and entire hotel is super clean! and cute. Also it is reasonably priced. Hotel Henriette is a gem! Thank you for all the thoughtfulness and intention you have put into your business model.
It's a very cute boutique hotel located in good vibe area, nice flowers in the lobby, lovely outdoor area, tiny room as Paris standard. Until I see there are different types of hair on our towels, and it's definitely not from us. I showed these towels' pics to the receptionist, he was embarrassed and apologize for that. Doesn't matter how cute the hotel is, disgusting hair in "Clean" towels are unacceptable. And housekeeping started to talk very loud outside of the room from 8am, woke us up. I think hotel should really improve their housekeeping team. Disappointing stay. Would not come back definitely.
Real gem of a find. Staying seven nights here. A small intimate setting nestled in a Parisian neighbourhood away from the bustling tourist areas and yet close enough to walk to Rue Mouffetard and beyond towards the Seine. The team is warm, welcoming, ever so helpful before and during the stay, in our concerns and advice. Our room is beautiful, overlooking the small street, feels like a Parisian homestay 🫶🏻 Most recommended to get a feel of what it's like to live in Paris! Practical tips: we got here from Gare du Nord via RER-B to Port Royal then bus 91 (just three stops) right outside the station as we had luggages and did not want to struggle with stairs. This was also fast, and stress free as despite it being evening rush hours, the crowd on both RER in this direction and the bus was not too bad. This would work in reverse to CDG airport too, I imagine. The other option suggested by the hotel is to take the metro to Place d'Italie and walk to the hotel, some 900m away. Having been here I think this is reasonable too, as the street from the station to the hotel is wide, even, and is on a slight downhill, just that i prefer less walking with luggages. Will return for future trips! ❤️
We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming small hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere — every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff ensured that nothing was ever missing while maintaining a very pleasant and attentive service. The hotel itself has a lot of character. We especially loved the beautiful inner courtyard, which adds to its unique charm. Our room was comfortably sized, with a small but perfectly functional bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the choice of pillows, as well as the complimentary water in the room and the water dispenser on the ground floor. The staircase is old and quite narrow, but very nicely renovated and full of character — we actually preferred using it most of the time. The elevator, on the other hand, is quite small and reaches its limits quickly with two people and luggage. Another big advantage is the excellent location: within just two minutes, you can reach both the metro and the nearest bus stop, making it very easy to get around. The only minor downside is the relatively high price. However, considering the overall experience, this is really the only point we could slightly criticize. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
