The hotel is well located, clean, and offers comfortable bedding. Drinking water is available, and the room is equipped with a kettle, coffee, and tea. The room is rather small but remains functional and well arranged. The reception staff are very responsive and professional. The breakfast is decent, although it could benefit from a greater variety of options.
Perfectly located, there are metro stations near. There’s a Monop’ just 20 meters from the hotel, having a market so close is perfection. Also a cafe and boulangerie steps away, ideal for a morning start. The rooms are clean, newly renovated. Clean bathroom, walls and linens. The service also nice. A great hotel for the price payed. 💙
Myself and my partner stayed at Seb & Co in Paris for four nights, breakfast included, and had a great experience. The staff were lovely - friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Breakfast was consistently good. Our room was comfortable and had a super comfy bed. On our last night, we managed to spill a wine in the least graceful way possible up the wall and ceiling and the guys handled it so calmly and kindly, says a lot about management there, thank you! Overall, a 5/5 stay with good people in a great location. Will definitely be coming back. Salut!
I recently stayed at Hotel Seb&Co for 3 nights. The hotel itself is quite lovely—the rooms are chic, clean, and spacious for Paris, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is truly perfect. It's close to Le Marais and multiple Metro stations, making city travel a breeze. The street also has everything you need, including a fantastic boulangerie and great food options. However, I experienced a major disappointment with the service regarding a maintenance issue. My bathroom door was impossible to close (it appeared to be too large for the frame). I alerted the friendly staff on the first day and was assured someone would look into it. I followed up on the second day and received the same promise. Unfortunately, no one ever came to inspect or fix the door during my entire three-day stay. A functional bathroom door is a basic necessity. While the hotel staff were friendly, their failure to resolve such a crucial issue—despite two requests—shows a significant lack of follow-through. I highly recommend the hotel for its location and comfort, but be aware that service execution on maintenance requests needs immediate improvement.
