Stayed here for our honeymoon two nights. It was absolutely fabulous they went above and beyond. Such a comfy bed and beautiful balcony with view of Eiffel Tower
Our stay at Hôtel San Régis was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service was warm, genuine, and consistently attentive without ever feeling overdone. Every member of the staff made us feel truly welcomed. The concierge team deserves special recognition for their outstanding planning before our arrival and throughout our stay. From coordinating reservations and transportation to offering thoughtful recommendations, every detail was handled seamlessly and made our time in Paris effortless. A beautiful boutique hotel with an incredible team. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly first-class Paris experience.
The concierge, front desk, bellmen, and housekeeping staff are absolutely fantastic. They helped us with getting skip the line tickets to sold out museums, arranged excellent tours and drivers, recommended restaurants and made reservations. We felt very welcomed and extremely grateful for our experience. Also, the lobby is not perfumed, for which I was also quite grateful.
Our stay at the Hotel San Regis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected true luxury, warmth, and impeccable hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning, elegant, refined, and perfectly situated for experiencing the beauty of Paris. What truly made our visit unforgettable, however, was the extraordinary level of service and the kindness of the staff. Two notable people were Idriss and Jerome. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was seamless and personalized. They were gracious, attentive, fun and consistently made us feel genuinely welcomed. We left feeling like we had made two new friends in Paris! And a special thank you to the wonderful bellman, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm smile made every arrival and departure a pleasure. The direction to the warm cookies every day made the San Regis a clear winner for my husband. :) It’s rare to encounter a team so dedicated to creating memorable experiences for their guests. The San Regis exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking true Parisian luxury paired with world-class service in a setting that feels more like a home than an overly crowded and unpersonalized hotel.
An absolutely flawless stay in the 8th. The entire experience was elevated by the exceptional Concierge team—Idris and Jerome, who secured difficult dinner reservations and handled every request with ease. We highly recommend Room 61; a stunning junior suite featuring classic decor, a spacious walk-in closet, and two private terraces. Our first evening was truly magical, enjoying a sunset dinner from Les Confidences on our terrace while the Eiffel Tower sparkled in the distance. The daily breakfast was equally impressive, with Ilan and Romain providing impeccable service. A final thank you to Nicholas and the doorman team for the warm welcomes. The San Regis is our new Paris home.
