We had an amazing experience at the pool of The Hoxton Paris. A special thank you to Eléonore and Moussa for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Their kindness and positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. Thank you again !
I visit The Hoxton regularly to work from the café/bar. It's a great spot with AC. I especially enjoy sitting at the bar, where Marin always goes above and beyond with timely service, friendliness, and conversation! Definitely a reason to go back again! I can't vouch for the other drinks, but their coffee is great!
Had a lovely evening at Hoxton’s terrace overlooking the pool last Friday. The setting is genuinely stunning peaceful, elegant, and with a great vibe as the sun sets. Service was excellent throughout. The team, especially the head waiter Moussa, managed everything smoothly and made the experience feel effortless. The whole operation runs like clockwork. This is the kind of place you return to just for the atmosphere. Great for a drink or dinner with good company. Highly recommended 🙏
I couldn't recommend this place enough. Me and my friends had such a good time this afternoon with the nice weather. The music was great, and our drinks were perfect. I believe our server Eléonore made them. She was great to us, very welcoming and helpful. She also took the time to chat with us so she could recommend drinks according to what we liked, and they were spot on. Overall, will definitely come back. The price so worth it because of the good ambiance and the exceptional service.
They are excellent at marketing, but unfortunately the actual service and staff quality fall far below expectations. The place itself is acceptable, and the facilities are average, which would have been completely fine if the customer experience had been handled professionally. For any hotel, the way staff communicate and respond to guests can make a huge difference in a traveler’s overall experience. However, the main issue was the lack of communication, consistency, and attention to agreed requests. We signed documents with specific instructions clearly stated, yet those requests were not followed. We raised the misunderstanding twice and asked for it to be resolved, but the same mistakes happened again. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we requested a specific service from their price list and clearly explained that we were in a rush. We were willing to pay whatever additional cost was required. After returning six hours later, the service was still not completed, and the explanation given felt unreasonable and unprofessional. An urgent fee should reflect efficient service and clear communication, not delays caused by misunderstanding or lack of proper follow-up. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not match what was promised. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
