Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are a bit small, but I think that’s a general thing in Paris. The staff are very polite. We would like to give a special thanks to Ahmed Semlalı. Thanks to his friendly and informative approach regarding everything, our holiday was much better.
Hôtel Monceau Elysées in Paris is a very pleasant stay. It’s in a great location in the Monceau area, quiet yet well connected. The rooms feel cared for, with tea and water provided, and no rundown carpets, just sturdy, clean wooden planks. There’s a closet with a mirror, a nice view, and thoughtful touches like earplugs (just in case the traffic decides to audition for rush-hour opera) and a laundry bag. The interior strikes a well-judged balance between modern and classic, with fruity-colored walls that keep things lively while still maintaining elegance and class. Clean and well maintained, a comfortable, reliable choice in Paris.
Im giving it 5 stars because the service by Ahmed and Kevin was amazing (along with the rest of the colleagues I guess they’re all male staff) they were super welcoming and friendly. There’s somethings you gotta keep into consideration: 1- It’s a great place to stay for business, practical well located and connected. 2- If you plan to rest and sleep until late you might want to ask for the room in highest floor because I could hear the cleaning staff moving stuff around and cleaning pretty early in the morning as well as just people walking on the room upstairs. 3- Overall it’s a good and nice place. I see many comments regarding the price of the place BUT you can’t forget it’s PARIS so everything is more costly in general and in my point of view you’re paying more for the location as it isn’t as crowded and busy as other areas but it’s still in a great well located area! It’s a good place and the front desk service are the ones making it happen
We come back to Hotel Monceau every year for our holidays, and it always feels like a second home. The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. What we appreciate the most is how easy it is to communicate with the staff, especially the reception team, who are always helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Paris.
