The hotel location is perfect to get to shopping, restaurants and sights!! It is located on a side street which makes it quiet. Loved the open patio . Breakfast was amazing! No buffets, great service and quality of food. We had a gorgeous spacious Deluxe Room and the concierge Cami was fabulous! Sudarshna at the front door was always eager to help! And the hotel manager ensured all was in order when we checked in! Will stay here again. Thank you!
Loved this hotel! Prime location and extremely wonderful and helpful staff. One thing to note is that the rooms can be a bit on the tinier side, but definitely still clean, updated, and comfortable beds!! highly recommend and will definetly be staying here again.
In general a very solid hotel in a very convenient location. Service is what made it special though: 1. Allowed my family of 3 to use the spa facilities before our room was available (we arrived at 8am) 2. A check-in bag was damaged beyond repair, one of the staff offered to replace it with something similar and will be placed in our room when it is ready. We received two brand new nylon bags! 3. Highly recommend for any families with babies / todllers / kids as the hotel provides a series of special gifts for the them 4. Breakfasts were solid with sufficient options for toddlers and kids Possibility of improvements: 1. Corridors outside the room could be better lit 2. Light controls within the suite are not as independent, which means that the lights in the living room must be swtiched on / off together with those in the bedroom
We spent a week at the hotel-it was wonderful. It is a small boutique hotel that is ultra deluxe. A room has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bed was really nice and extremely comfortable and the bathroom was terrific. The location of the hotel is perfect. We could get to The Louve In a short walk and we were adjacent to the metro. The bar It was very nice and relaxing and the hotel had both a pool and massages. We received recommendations on restaurants that were superb. We are foodies. I come from one of the major food, high-end food families in America and I’ve spent my time cooking with some chefs at the Cornell hotel School. Two of the restaurants that were recommended to us we went back a second time to each. The food at those two places was so good. It made my top 10 best list. The people there were extremely helpful and I couldn’t have enough find things to say. Next time we’re in Paris, we will be staying there. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel.
This hotel is a real gem. Central to a lot of great shopping, restaurants and attractions. Very close to several metro stops as well which made getting around extremely easy. The property itself is chic and modern and the rooms, while small, are extremely comfortable. The spa amenities, steam room, pool and jacuzzi made relaxing after a long day of sight seeing deeply restorative and I highly recommend. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend a stay here and I can't wait to come back to this hotel on my next visit to Paris!
