A studio where I highly recommend the quality of the classes, the art direction, and as a bonus, there's a recovery room. The founders are lovely, the space is gorgeous, and the changing room is perfect with absolutely everything you need in terms of products (I've never seen such a complete skincare selection, and I've been to a lot of studios!). I just can't wait for them to offer more classes so I can go more often, depending on my schedule.
The studio is amazing!! The premises are clean and the changing rooms with showers are very convenient. The class with Soufya was very intense, it was fantastic!
What a wonderful discovery! I Loved the hot pilates class with Pascale - a slow, but intense session that left me rejuvenated by the end. The studio is clean, calm, and succeeds in its intention of making it feel like home. Thank you, I will be back!
FINALLY an actual hot Pilates class in Paris I never thought I’d see the day 💖💖💖 so happy they are open!!!
