Every course was amazing. I didn't get a photo of the starter because I ate it too fast and didn't yet know what a wonderful experience I was in for. Lovely friendly service, amazing food, cozy vibe, good wine. The dessert stood out the most to me. It was a cabbage ice cream with cabbage chips. I love a chef that finds ways to totally reinvent and still honor a culture's traditions. This is the kind of restaurant with no set menu. You tell them how many courses you want and you find out what it is as it comes to the table. A very special experience.

Very tiny spot offers well prepared Japanese and French infusion cuisine. They only have few tables here and pre fix menu offers two choices 3 or 5 course. Food ingredient its good. We ordered 5 course dinner set 75€ Includes: amuse-bouches / starter / fish / meat / pre-dessert / dessert / mignardises. I love their sake colletion. We enjoy the wine pairing to each dish. Server can speak good English and provides good service too.

Very delicate menu, loved the tuna appetiser, everything else was good, the dessert with mushroom sauce was the highlight, it’s interesting how it combine sweet and savoury but doesn’t contradict or taste weird. Good service and kind people, only down side is the restaurant is small so there’s not much space between the tables, which could make it a bit more difficult to have private conversations.

The entree was superb, also the dessert that was surprisingly good. Such a good flavor and excellent execution. Service was really good. For my birthday they made this lovely dessert. Loved it! It’s a small restaurant, reservation is needed.

An excellent value and quality. The 7 course meal was perfectly paired with a natural small producer saké from Japan. Every note hit well and the dinner was both a showcase for the underlying ingredients, and play in texture and flavor. Some deeply playful and sophisticated flavor pairings such as ice-cream on a sweet and savory onion crumb. A surge of ocean flavors in their stuffed squid with a squid ink sauce and enoki mushroom tuile. Hit after hit, strong and bold flavors. The restaurent is well decorated with a wonderful atmosphere, but not amazingly ventilated for a semi open kitchen.
