Found this little gem as a Tik Tok recommendation - it was a great one. We stayed round the corner so it was perfect for breakfast and Brunch. On Friday my bestie and I tried the salmon brioche and a matcha latte with a shot of vanilla - yummy and they use high grade/fresh ingredients too. Sunday we went for brunch (a little later and a small queue), but luck was on our side and we got the window seat (winning), a beautiful end to the trip. Service is exceptional, they are quite quick, super helpful, serve yummy meals, it’s a relaxed atmosphere and great customer service. Highly recommend!! 6 stars in Montmarte from us.
Immersion could possibly be the best brunch place I've ever visited! We had to wait in a queue for about 25 minutes, understandably, due to the popularity of the place. Once we sat down, the service was very quick and the staff were incredibly friendly, and also spoke English which was helpful when needing to ask questions. The food was impeccable, filling, and the portions were perfect - not too much or too little! They also have a great array of creative food options, suitable for everyone. The highlight of the experience was that the price of everything was unbeatable - i paid just under €30 (£25) for everything + a tip. Genuinely wouldn't be able to find the same quality as this in London unless I paid double the price. A very long-winded way of saying: Go Here!!
Immersion Vendôme (often just called Immersion Café) is one of the better-known modern brunch spots in Paris, especially in the 1st arrondissement. It sits firmly in the “Instagram-style brunch café” category: bright interiors, curated plating, and a menu built around indulgent, American-influenced brunch dishes. The food is generally described as generous, rich, and visually appealing. Popular items include crispy chicken Benedicts, pancakes, brioche French toast, and avocado-based dishes. Many visitors enjoy the flavours and presentation, and when it’s good, it feels like a proper treat brunch rather than a quick café stop. The atmosphere is modern and lively, often busy, with queues forming during peak weekend hours. It’s designed for high turnover, so tables can feel a bit tight and service can be brisk. Some diners like the energetic vibe, while others find it slightly rushed or crowded. Reviews are quite mixed overall: * Positive feedback highlights tasty brunch dishes, good portion sizes, and stylish presentation * Negative feedback often mentions price vs quality concerns, occasional inconsistency, and feeling rushed during busy periods * A recurring theme is that it’s more about the experience and aesthetic brunch than refined culinary execution There are also multiple locations (Vendôme, République, Sentier), and experiences can vary slightly between them, with Sentier often seen as a bit more relaxed compared to Vendôme. Verdict: Immersion Café is a solid pick if you want a trendy, filling brunch in central Paris with good-looking dishes and a lively atmosphere. It’s less ideal if you’re after calm service, quiet seating, or high-end culinary precision. If you want, I can compare it directly with Kozy or other Paris brunch spots you’ve mentioned.
This place is super cute. The freddo latte was really tasty as well as the we love choco pancakes. It has a selection of cookies and pastries that look delish. It was extremely busy, and I think I waited 25 minutes for the table, but I think it was worth it because the food was really yummy.
Excellent experience. All food ordered by us was beyond amazing. Beautiful people working there were super friendly and helpful. Sunday morning was a little busy but it was worth the waiting. Definitely will go back there again. Peace ✌️
