One of the best meals I have had in France. A very warm and inviting bistro, that was full of locals. That said, I was made very welcome as a tourist who speaks basically no french. There were a number of solo diners - the sign of a classic neighbourhood restaurant where people feel at home. I had the confit duck with garlic sautéed potatoes and green beans and it was 10/10. Same for the dessert - apple tart with very good vanilla ice cream. And the prices were VERY reasonable for Paris. No mains over €21. Loads of charm, loads of character. Strongly recommended. Oh and the service was fast and attentive - a stand out in Paris, to be honest. Really wonderful.
