Amazing restaurant and an unforgettable experience! The duck was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and a perfect place to enjoy dinner in Paris. Highly recommended! 🇫🇷🦆
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but honestly, I don't understand the negative feedback at all. We had a wonderful experience. The place was lovely, and the French onion soup was absolutely incredible. We were very happy with everything and would gladly come back again!
My wife and I chose Le Deauville as we walked down the Champs Elysee because of the breakfast special it advertised and because it looked like a cozy place to eat before heading to the Metro for our tour of the Louvre. We couldn't have picked a better spot! The special consisted of a large ham and cheese omelete, a nice sampling of fruit, a small baugette with an incredibly tasty strawberry jam and a buttery, flaky croissant that was by far the best I have ever tasted. All for just 19,90 Euros each. Beside the great food and the attentive service, the restaurant itself had a great vibe. Although it was a little too cold and wet to sit outside and do some people watching, the dining room -- decorated in a nautical theme -- was a nice, cozy alternative!
The food itself was okay - the service however was mediocre at best. Too bad that both were not equally good, because the restaurant has a good location, but maybe that is also why they do not prioritize service to just as good? The location is simply good enough so customers will come even though these ratings are low? Anyways, food is okay, so if you don't mind questionable service then go for it - if you also value good service, pass on this restaurant and find somewhere else...
I came here with my mom for a random lunch stop while we were out shopping in Paris, and I’m so glad we did! Le Deauville wasn’t originally on our list, but the staff outside pulled us in with their lunch special, and honestly, it was one of the best spontaneous decisions we made. I tried duck for the first time ever here, and WOW!!! It was absolutely delicious. It was paired with these potato scallops (I can’t remember the exact name), but everything on my plate was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. My drink was also super cute and tasted just as good as it looked. My mom ordered the fish and chips and really enjoyed her meal too. Everything we had was satisfying, fresh, and worth it. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for being in Paris. Overall, I would definitely come back here again. If you’re in the area and looking for a good meal, this spot is worth trying. Next time I’m in Paris, I already know I’ll be back!
