I just sent this message to my family in the USA: (On Father’s Day :-)) “Only in Paris - in a shopping mall - no less - can I be served my (current) favorite Rosé champagne by the glass - FRESH & SUPER BUBBLY!!! The team of waiters are soooo kind & accommodating!! I was offered many options for seating - but I chose to sit at the bar - because as I said to my very handsome bartender: “I like this view!!” 😎😎 It seems as though you must be kind, smart, conscientious & with supreme attention to detail to work here!! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the precision with which EVERY drink was prepared AND surveyed/ inspected before being served with kindness & flair to each guest!! It is clear that A LOT of pride & attention to detail goes into each and every dish served. Today I was delighted to meet the following waiters: Rami Marcus Paul + Nanon (in the kitchen) All conscientious, hard-working, pleasant and kind. They clearly take pride in the work that they do & it shows!!!! It’s also clear that they ENJOY working together which creates a perfect ambiance to enjoy the delicious food & drinks served here!! Lastly - & I’m including this at the end - to not detract from their otherwise sterling qualities: they to a person have the BEST hair & could each be a fashion model/ actor/ star! GQ Beware!! :-)) Do not miss the extraordinary experience of dining and/or dinking here!!! You will be cared for!! Such a lovely gift in the heart of Paris!!! 🩷🩷❤️❤️🩷🩷😋😋😋😋😋😋

What an amazing hidden gem in Paris. Don't be fooled by the fact this is inside a (luxury) department store. It's actually an *OASIS* within the busy-ness of the store. Only a few tables but with an outstanding view of the dome, but what's most impressive is the service from the dedicated staff. From the moment we arrived Marcus was gracious and attentive. We tried the Chandon Garden Spritz which is so good (light, not sweet) that we never switched to wine. Congratulations to bartender Paul who kept the quality going for a few more! Server Mayan was also pleasant and attentive but a huge shout-out to chef Djeje, who delivered inspired cuisine. The croque monsieur was masterful, the salmon tagliatelle light and lemony, and the truffle risotto prepared to perfection. Bravo to this entire team (and also thank you for the fabulous, chill, music playlist). We will be back! Au revoir!
