Absolutely amazing omakase experience! Very fresh fish, innovative dishes combining excellent Japanese ingredients with elements from the french cuisine, and Chef Victor has a great talent of perfect proportions for sushi between the fish slice, rice, wasabi, and soy sauce to make the most flawless bites you could ask for. Atmosphere in the restaurant is great and Thomas provided a great service, taking exceptional care of us! Thank you to the team for a wonderful birthday dinner!! We will definitely be coming back and recommending this to all our friends!
Excellent food. Very good service and ambience. The value is high, but be warned, the prices are… healthy. Eating enough to feel full? No drinks or dessert? 100€ a person. Easy. So probably better as a special night out, celebratory, not to grab a quick casual bite. That said? An excellent margarita!
Absolute one of my top 5 Japanese restaurants of all…and I have been in Japan! Owned by Japanese family you can experience the real thing! A great choice of fresh raw cuts of quality fish. Authentic food and kind service. Here was before Kinugawa in which I used to come in the past and in late years has lost the charm and became way too commerciale. But now with new owners this is just a perfect place to eat REAL JAPANESE and feel a bit like you actually went to Japan for dinner. Recommend absolutely to eat their fat tuna… also good choice of tea and sake!! I think is better to book i advance.
Amazing place. Everything was perfect. We tried the smoked eggplant, the oysters, the squid, and the salmon / tuna don. The food quality was outstanding. The flavors worked so well together. Each dish felt precise and generous. The welcome was excellent. Louise was amazing. We felt at home from the first minute. The decoration is warm and calm. We sat at the sushi bar, which felt very intimate and special. Great recommendation for a friend lunch/ diner, business lunch and especially for date night. Definitely a place to remember. I will come back for diner next time!
