Just checked out from a perfect stay at Hotel Keppler. Even during the heatwave, the hotel kept us cool and comfortable. The room, while typically European small, was well decorated, beyond clean with a beautiful marble bathroom. Well appointed with great towels, robes and toiletries. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. Nice hot breakfast with something to suit everyone, specialty coffees and mimosas. Highly recommend
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my families recent stay at this hotel. From the exact moment we walked through the doors, the front desk team made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was seamless and handled with genuine warmth and professionalism. A massive shoutout to the housekeeping staff as well. Our room (#602) was absolutely immaculate every single day. The attention to detail was flawless, and returning to such a clean, comfortable space made our trip so much more relaxing. Not to mention the view of the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful view! What truly sets this property apart, though, is the entire staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Exceptional service like this is rare and it made all the difference. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
Excellent hotel with great service. Location is quiet on a side street. Breakfast was very good and included as part of the booking. Everyone in the hotel from the front desk to the restaurant staff were extremely professional. Hotel is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend for someone looking for a boutique luxury hotel.
I stayed here early May and would like to extend my compliments to the housekeeping. she went above and beyond by tidying even the smallest of my belongings. Also thank you to front desk for providing me a one level upgrade under Iprefer and the 1 hour extension in check out. I can tell that management puts in great effort to run the hotel well, for example even though there is size restriction at the pool area, it is beautifully decorated to make the most of the space. The small bottle of body lotion and the piece of chocolate at turn down are nice touches which reminds me that management is taking care of us and not just trying to squeeze margins. I also experienced helpful service from the breakfast staff.
Hotel Keppler is a truly cozy and fabulous boutique hotel, perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Para the porter, who was especially friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel even more personal. The hotel itself is stunning, and the bedroom was spectacular spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day in the city. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and accommodating; nothing was ever too much trouble. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
