Clever cooking with a flair, that is creative without trying too hard. Well executed with layered flavours and textures. High quality ingredients with a touch of Japanese influence…absolutely wonderful!
We happened on this restaurant by chance, and WOW! By far the best meal we had in Paris. From an incredibly beautiful salad to the stunning desserts, every dish was interesting, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
This was an interesting experience, a case for dissection, especially since it's featured as a selected restaurant in the Michelin Guide. Food was okay, but it failed in major details. The fish was ever so slightly overcooked, the green mash had no flavor, the beige sauce was solidifying, and the roe was cooked, but the green vinaigrette was amazing!
