Description
After meeting your expert chef and classmates, you'll get started learning the secrets of French pastry in the well-equipped Ferrandi Kitchen at Galeries Lafayette La Maison & Le Gourmet. You can learn in either English or French. You can choose from multiple recipes such as:
• Strawberry pie
• Millefeuille with vanilla
• Saint-Honoré cake
The interactive baking part of your class will take about 1.5 hours. Once your handiwork is finished, you'll spend the last half hour savoring your delectable creations. Don't forget to take your recipe with you at the end of the class, so you can show off your new pastry skills to your friends and family at home.
