• Your tickets will be sent to you one day before your tour date via e-mail. Cruise tickets are valid for 3 months and can be used at any time within the company’s operating hours. There is no fixed reservation time. Summer: daily departures every 30 min (10:00 AM–10:00 PM). Winter: every 45 min (10:30 AM–9:00 PM). Operating hours may change depending on the companies’ schedules. During peak season, waits for the cruise may reach up to 2 hours. Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board the boats.
