Join a wine expert guide for a small-group tour limited to 8 guests, visiting the Champagne region’s family-owned estates and cooperatives. Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan with hotel pickup from central Paris.
The day begins with a fresh croissant as your guide shares insights about Champagne’s history, terroir, and winemaking methods. The first stop is a family-run Champagne house or cooperative where you tour the cellars and taste exclusive cuvées rarely found outside France.
Enjoy a scenic vineyard drive stopping at a viewpoint for a Champagne tasting accompanied by information about grape varieties and vine work. Lunch follows at a local restaurant or winemaker’s table, offering a gourmet meal paired with Champagne and local ratafia when available.
