Description

Discover the secrets of French cooking in an intimate class limited to 3–7 participants. The experience begins at 09:00 with croissants, coffee, and tea, followed by a visit to a nearby open-air market to select fresh local ingredients while exploring the Latin Quarter.

By 10:30, back at the cooking school, you will prepare a menu based on market finds. This includes an appetizer, main course, and dessert, featuring classic techniques such as making ice cream and wine sauce. You will also learn meal planning and which elements can be prepared in advance.

After approximately two hours of cooking—paired with one or two glasses of wine—you will sit down to enjoy the meal alongside red and white wines and a variety of cheeses. A native Frenchman fluent in English will share stories about French food and culture during the lunch, which usually concludes around 15:00 without any rush to leave.
