Description
This macaron baking class is designed for families with children. Your English-speaking pastry chef will prepare measured ingredients while you mix, shape, and decorate the macarons using a pastry bag.
Depending on the class pace, the chef may demonstrate how to make ganache, custard cream, or another garnish. You will take home your freshly made macarons in a box.
Please inform the chef in advance if anyone has allergies. Macarons contain almonds and eggs.
Free aprons are provided, and souvenir aprons are available for purchase with cash or Venmo.
Children under 5 must be supervised by an adult. Each family requires one adult participant with their own ticket. Family members without tickets cannot remain in the class area as observers.
Classes start promptly; arrivals more than 20 minutes late may lose their reservation due to scheduling constraints with other families and tour groups.
