Description

This 1.5-hour class takes place in a quiet corner of Galeries Lafayette. You will put on an apron and follow a step-by-step process to make macaron shells and ganache, then assemble your macarons. The chef uses local organic ingredients to prepare the pastries, ensuring quality and authentic taste.

During the session, you will bake at least four macarons to enjoy on-site or take home. The class is shared with a group of 4 to 18 participants, and all necessary equipment is provided. Additionally, you will receive the recipe to recreate these pastries at home.
