Ô Chateau offers a structured wine and cheese tasting featuring wines selected from four key French regions: Champagne, Bordeaux, Loire, and Beaujolais. This lunch experience combines education and enjoyment in a comfortable setting, allowing you to taste five different wines alongside five artisanal cheeses.
The sommelier leads the session, explaining wine characteristics, the process of Champagne production, how to read French wine labels, and the reasoning behind pairing specific cheeses with certain wines. You can ask questions throughout the tasting to deepen your understanding.
