Description
Meet at Canons Canons, 49 Rue du Faubourg du Temple, near Goncourt metro station (Line 11) and just 3 minutes from République (Lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11).
Begin by drawing your first wine directly from one of the nine barrels and learn the basics of wine tasting. Then move to the cellar's century-old table, where you will enjoy a second wine alongside carefully prepared aperitif boards.
Experience a blind tasting using a black glass to focus your senses on identifying the wine’s color and characteristics. Afterward, savor a moment of pause with another wine. The tasting concludes with sparkling wine in the evening sessions.
All wines and products sampled are available at the boutique at the correct temperature, allowing you to purchase and enjoy them later or while strolling along the nearby Canal Saint-Martin.
