Versailles, besides its renowned palace is home to some of the most charming architecture and institutions of the 17th century. After roaming through its 3 centuries old farmers market and bucolic streets of the Saint Louis area, you will experience your final tasting at the heart of the vegetable garden of the king.
You will taste a selection of cured meats, charcuterie and various cheeses, as well as seasonal fruits, fine wines, pastries, brioches, breads and macarons. All locally made and farmed by some of the most talented culinary artisans of the country.
Maison Fleuret's local guides will share their rich knowledge of the French terroirs as well as their history and how it influenced our culture and lifestyle. As a culinary school, we have curated a selection of our favorite artisans that enables you to deep dive into the slices of life and culinary stories that shaped Versailles and its countryside into what it is today.
