- Your voucher time is the meeting time at the office
- The palace tour lasts 1.5 hours, plus 30 minutes for security checks and headset distribution
- Arriving on time is essential; late arrivals may lose access and refunds will not be provided
- During peak season, expect possible short waits at the group entrance due to safety checks
- You may stay in the palace and gardens after the guided tour ends
- The gardens are free from November to March; no fountain shows during this time
- Gardens close at 5:30 PM on May 16, July 14, every Saturday from June 6 to September 19, and daily from October 26 to March 31
