Absolutely fantastic, that is the best way to describe it. From the moment we walked in early and they took care of our luggage while getting the room ready, to our departure 6 days later everything was excellent. Great warm service from the front desk, always happy to answer our questions and provide recommendations. Everything was just as nice from one shift to the next. Cluny people helped make our first time in Paris as memorable as it could possibly be. Definitely will book it next time I'm back in Paris.
Lovely stay during my time in Paris and a wonderful helpful staff as well. Location was centrally located and walking distance to Notre dame and plenty of other sights, shops, eats and the metro (with easy connection to Gare Du Nord) and the hotel is tucked away on a quieter street. Hotel feels cozy and is stylish and well decorated (perfect for a girls getaway)! Location felt safe and secure and the breakfast buffet in the morning had a nice variety and was yummy. The communal areas are comfortable and clean as well and they left me some macarons in my room for my birthday! Shoutout to the lovely receptionist Anne for her warm and cheerful smile and help during my stay. About a 45 min cab ride to CDG. Would recommend and stay again!
For my first visit to Paris, I really loved this hotel ! Great quiet location, comfortable bed, beautiful decor and exceptionally clean. Good breakfast and amenities. Very easy to get to popular attractions by walking.
We stayed at this hotel during my birthday trip and we really did enjoy our stay. The room wasn’t big but it was comfortable and cozy. The staff was really nice, friendly and welcoming😊We had our flight back early in the morning, and the staff had packed us some food for breakfast as well as made us coffee. Overall we are pleased and happy! Thank you!
I booked the Deluxe room which was very spacious and beautiful. There were lots of amenities to make your stay even more comfortable. The room was also very modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance from Notre Dame, the Luxembourg Gardens, restaurants, souvenir shops and the hop on hop off bus and boat. My only issue is they said you can still have breakfast without booking it just tell the staff downstairs. However the staff downstairs did not know anything about this.
