We booked last minute, and from check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and easy, and they even let us into our room early. The rooms are a good size, clean, and comfortable. Amazing location and great service. Highly recommend!
Had the most wonderful time. The hotel is clean, room was very comfortable. Cleaned daily. Everything works perfectly. I have very sensitive skin. But I had not a single itch from any of the materials I slept on. That was a plus for me.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The location was also excellent, making it very convenient to explore Paris. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. However, do bear in mind that prices can change quite suddenly
Great location but i would not stay at this hotel again. 30 or so stairs just to get to the lobby.The air condition did not work in the room. Despite multiple requests to change or fix it, it wasn't done and I ended up just asking for a fan instead. Bed was very hard and pillows were hard as well making it hard to sleep. The rooms were clean though. Some coworkers did not have showers only baths with a shower head and it was not comfortable
Great value in the heart of Paris. One block from the Opera Metro Station & Palais Garnier, 2 blocks to Galeries Lafayette, 15-minute walk south to the Louvre. Shopping & restaurants all around. No complaints about the hotel room. Stayed 4 nights & then returned for another 2 nights. Front desk staff always there seemingly 24/7. First 2 photos are from my 4th floor room window; second 2 photos are from the hotel's cafe windows.
