Really enjoyed our stay here recently, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the place is clean and the service at the rooftop bar is top tier. We were worried about parking but the parking facility was pretty great and clean + there was charging for electric cars which completed our trip. Loved it.
The hotel was amazing. I am disabled and I stayed with my retired mother. The staff are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed most nights on the roof top bar with the wonderful staff, manager Kam and co who were so attentive, polite and always found time to talk to us even though they were very busy, they saw to our every need. What a wonderful hotel and rooftop bar. Thank you so much for making this experience superb. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It was wonderful thank you all.
The hotel itself is okay, I’ve stopped in worse. Should be 3 star not 4. Room was clean and the bed was moderate. Staff were polite enough and helped when necessary. The location of the hotel is absolutely horrendous, you might as well stop in a third world country. Illegal stalls are set up right outside hotel everyday and a full of people you don’t want to be around. The lock on the hotel room doors is pointless and can still be opened from the outside with a master key card, another reason to not feel safe. Me and my girlfriend spent 3 nights here and feared for our life on every walk back. There are people loitering around the hotel 24/7 these are not French people if you catch my drift. All in all would not recommend to anyone really. Just pay abit more and stay in a nicer area, you will thank me later.
We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Maison! They were easy to communicate with while planning our trip. When we arrived, there was a glitch in their system and they couldn't find our reservation, but they assured us we would have a room and got things sorted out quickly. We were able to check in early and there was luggage storage available if that wasn't an option. The staff had good English which made communication easy. The location gives you an authentic taste of local life while being walking distance to metros and buses to city centre. The rooftop was beautiful and we could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower :) Definitely great value for the price and we would stay again!
What a fantastic hotel. Lovely staff. Great food on the roof restaurant. And what a view from there. The surrounding area is a little run down, but at no point did we feel unsafe or under any pressure to move or get out of anyone's way. Just be careful and considerate of your surroundings. We did hear a lot of police and other emergency vehicles passing by at all times of day and night. The room was comfortable, clean and not too warm or stuffy. Bed was a little hard, but not a big issue. Overall, a great stay in a friendly hotel.
