The Moulin Rouge is one of the places you simply have to visit in your life! The venue itself is iconic and it is only right to take in the atmosphere while you’re there. The Champagne is not terrible, but overpriced; yet this overpriced champagne is part of the experience! As for the show: It surpassed all my expectations (they were very high) and left me positively stunned! Worth every penny and would absolutely love to visit this wonderful place again!

The area around Moulin Rouge is one of the most happening and tourist-friendly spots in Paris. Right in front of the famous Moulin Rouge, there is a Marilyn Monroe-style wind/photo spot where both kids and adults were enjoying themselves, taking pictures, and creating fun memories. The atmosphere around the area is full of energy, with tourists walking around, clicking photos, and exploring the famous streets of Montmartre. It is a lively place that gives you a feel of the entertainment side of Paris. Even if you are not attending a Moulin Rouge show, visiting the area is worth it for the iconic view, the vibrant surroundings, and the fun photo opportunities. It is a popular stop for tourists and a nice place to experience the colourful side of Paris.

The Moulin Rouge is truly one of the symbols of Paris and an unforgettable experience. The show is absolutely spectacular and lives up to its world-famous reputation. One tip: when booking your tickets, decide in advance how much champagne you’d like to order. It’s not easy to get the waiters’ attention during the performance, so it’s much more convenient to order everything at the beginning. I highly recommend visiting the Moulin Rouge—it’s a night to remember!

Moulin Rouge is one of those classic Paris experiences that I think is worth doing at least once, especially if it’s within your budget. One thing to note is the organization before the show. Even though our ticket was for the 11:00 PM performance, we were still waiting in line at 11:00 and ended up waiting around 30 minutes before getting inside. If you’re visiting as a couple, don’t expect a private table. You’ll likely be seated with other guests, and the seating can feel quite cramped. The show itself was spectacular. The costumes were stunning, and the vibrant colors made every scene a visual feast. The production value is incredible, with impressive staging, lighting, and set changes. The only minor downside was that some of the group performances didn’t feel perfectly synchronized, which was a little surprising for a production of this scale. The performance is mostly in French, but you don’t really need to understand the language to enjoy it. There are also several specialty acts between the dance numbers, and they were just as entertaining as the main performances. The venue itself is iconic, and seeing the famous windmill and glowing neon lights in person is part of the experience. Just keep in mind that the surrounding neighborhood is Paris’ red light district, so the atmosphere outside is quite different from other parts of the city. Overall, Moulin Rouge delivers a memorable night out and is a great choice if you’re looking for an authentic and iconic Parisian experience.

The show was amazing, not exactly what I was expecting because I forgot that it literally is a burlesque show 😂 I wasn't the only one though because there were quite a few children in the building. The theatre was beautiful. We didn't have dinner which is why there's no rating.
