Quite disappointed as the food is nowhere at the level of a Michelin starred restaurant. Majority of the food was quite bland. Some potentially good ideas, but flavours underdeveloped. Another point that was brought up in other reviews was that we had an 8 euro water added to the bill, after we very clearly said “une carafe” to their question of eau plate ou pétillante. I don’t care if it’s “micro filtré”, 8 euros is nowhere near acceptable when you order tap water.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. We sat at the chef’s counter and loved watching our food being prepared. The chef and owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated how he made each course feel thoughtful, delicious, and special just for me. It was also refreshing to see how hands on he was, seating guests when the host was busy, running food, and jumping in wherever needed. The entire team worked seamlessly together, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and genuine. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a memorable dinner.
Pretty nice dining experience in Paris. My colleagues wanted to go for a nice meal together at the end of our business trip there, and we booked a resy here. Creative dishes and attentive service. I wish they would publish the menu online or even on the menu cards at the restaurant, but you have to rely on verbal descriptions to follow along the details of each course. I am vegetarian, and they accommodated me well, we indicated this on the reservation. You may have to do the same in case you are vegan.

A super enjoyable meal. Dare I say my favorite meal in the city. Super chill vibes. They seated us right at the bar, overlooking the chef prep everything. We were at the corner right where the kitchen starts, across from the stairs that leads to the upstairs area. This was our first menu tasting the week we were in the city. Although the patrons were significantly older than us, the vibe was super chill. The chef was popping a bottle of vino at the end of our meal. We had the last lunch reservation so when we finished the whole staff was cleaning up and prepping for dinner. We originally wanted to do the 4 course lunch option, but when we found out it would all be fish, we decided to switch to the tasting menu. I feel like the 4 courses would’ve been sufficient because wow we ended up with so much food. I was craving a cigarette right after. The standout dish for me was the chowder like situation. I watched the chef prep my bowl and was trying to figure out what was happening because there were so many ingredients dancing together. I could easily have that all day everyday. Wow it was beyond delicious. By the time we got to the end, I could barely finish the chops. I felt bad that I had to tap out. I really wanted to finish the creamy potatoes. My gawd. The chef and his team did an astounding job. The service was fantastic. It was all chill vibes. Nobody was yelling at each other or looking stressed. This is the type of place I would love to come back to in a different season to see what different dishes they come up with.
