  • This is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and (If summit option is selected) direct you to the summit elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
  • Cruise tickets are valid for 1 month from tour date.
  • Bags are systematically checked and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance. Only small backpacks, handbags, and computer bags are allowed. There are no cloakrooms.
  • The audio guide is available in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic and Korean in the cruise.
  • Visitors with disability or reduced mobility can visit only the 1st and 2nd floors by lift but the top is not accessible to them for safety reasons, notably if they have to be evacuated urgently.
  • You may have to wait in lines for security and the elevators.
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators.
